Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, Keenah may process:

• your name, account information, settings, language, timezone, and preferences;
• tasks, events, habits, lists, diary entries, moods, reminders, and related activity;
• photos and other content you choose to upload;
• membership, subscription, and purchase information; and
• technical and security information needed to operate the service, keep you signed in, and protect your account.

We use information to operate Keenah, synchronize your data, provide the features you request, deliver notifications you choose to receive, manage membership, protect accounts, prevent misuse, provide support, and process account-deletion requests.

Keenah may allow you to sign in using supported services such as Snapchat and Google. When you choose one of these services, Keenah receives only the information permitted by that provider and needed to authenticate your account.

Through Snapchat Login Kit, Keenah may receive an account identifier and your display name where permitted. Keenah does not receive your private Snapchat messages or Snapchat contacts through Login Kit.

Wallet and payment functionality used by Keenah is provided through Leopard Wallet. Keenah uses the information necessary to confirm purchases, manage membership, and provide access to paid features.

Diary entries, private photos, and other personal content are treated as private account content. Keenah does not intentionally make private diary entries or photos available to other Keenah users unless you explicitly choose a sharing feature where one is offered.

Keenah shares the minimum information necessary with service providers when needed to operate requested features, authenticate you, support financial functionality, protect the service, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

If you enable supported notifications, information needed to deliver them may be sent through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Keenah keeps information for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legitimate security, financial, or legal needs.

You can use Keenah’s account-deletion process. When an account is deleted, user-owned Keenah data is handled according to that process. Certain financial, security, or legal records may be retained where legitimately required.

Keenah uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account and private information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update supported account information, manage available sign-in methods, manage supported notifications and preferences, and request account deletion.

Where applicable law provides additional rights, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

We may update this policy as Keenah evolves or as legal requirements and data practices change. The “Last updated” date will change when material updates are published.
